As an Inside Sales Salesperson at Alco Windows and Doors, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers who have expressed interest in our Windows and Doors solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these leads and schedule appointments for our Outside Sales Team to present our offerings and close deals. This is NOT a cold-calling position, as all leads have already shown interest in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Leads: Contact leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns, with professionalism and authenticity
• Gather Information: Collect essential project details, such as the number of windows and doors to be replaced, property type, and location
• Confirm Interest: Verify and reaffirm the lead's interest in our products and services
• Schedule Appointments: Secure appointments for our Outside Sales Team, ensuring that all decision-makers will be present during the presentation
• Follow the Script: Effectively follow the provided script while maintaining a friendly and knowledgeable tone
• Maintain Records: Accurately document lead information, interactions, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system

• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Two years of previous sales experience
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
