Job description

Full time M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Provide customer service to subscribers as needed to explain account balances and audits when necessary

Process payments

Researches cash receipts payments

Review statements / invoices for accounts, call and send letters as needed.

Microsoft Office: Including Word, Excel, Outlook and 10-key is preferred

All applicants must have or able to obtain a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept work card and a State of Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board card. All potential employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
