Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems - Oversee and direct staff as required - Assist with general upkeep of the premises
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Abilities to sit in front of a computer for an 8-hour workday
- Enthusiastic and passionate - Great team player - Bilingual preferred
