Hi Tech, Inc. is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Las Vegas, NV

**Office Assistant**

Please note: This is a full time hourly position at our main office located in Las Vegas, NV. Hours are from 7:30am-4:00pm and we will pay for experience!

Pay Range: $18-25/hour*

We are looking for a reliable and efficient office assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, warranty billing, answering phones, and other clerical duties. You will also assist other staff members with their tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should be honest, hard-working, punctual, and show up to work every day. You should also be a fast learner who can adapt to different situations and tasks. You should enjoy working in an office environment and have good communication and organizational skills.


**
Responsibilities:**

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare and send warranty claims and follow up with customers and vendors
  • Answer incoming service calls, assist customers in the Service department, providing assistance & information to customers as needed.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with information or assistance
  • Maintain and update records and files in a timely and accurate manner
  • Order and stock office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel spreadsheets and Quickbooks
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
