Summary
At Bluberi Gaming we are searching for a qualified office coordinator to help keep our workplace running efficiently. The office coordinator will provide general administrative support to our team, manage calendars for common spaces, order and restock supplies, and submit maintenance requests as needed. The coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for many of our clients, greeting office visitors and answering phone and email inquiries. A personable and detail-oriented individual will do well in this role.
Essential Functions
Greeting office visitors and callers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, answering any questions, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
Answering main Bluberi phone, directing calls, answering voicemails
Managing the calendars/schedule and the meetings taking place in the various community spaces, visitor rooms, conference rooms and ensuring no overlap
Ordering F&B for meetings and company events including Bluberi Lunches
Assisting with the cleaning up after the meetings and company events
Monitoring, ordering and restocking inventory for office and break room supplies. This may require some in-store purchases as well as online purchases.
Main point of contact and coordinator with 3rd party office partners, such as cleaning service, landscaping services, some maintenance requests, etc.
Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment, coordinating maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
Providing backup assistance to the EA to the CEO as required
Receiving packages and mail at the front office, as well as assisting with the processing outgoing of regular and priority mail, including taking items to the post office when necessary.
Ad-hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
Assisting PX and other members of the Executive/leadership team with coordinating interviews for high level positions
Other duties as assigned
