Bartho's is expanding its operations to include a new Beerhaus located in the vibrant area of the Las Vegas Strip. We specialize in offering a variety of German and donestic beers, creating an authentic and enjoyable experience for both locals and visitors. We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee the entire operation and lead our company through its exciting new phase.

Position Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for launching and managing our Beerhaus, including day-to-day operations, staff management, and business development as well as all LLC-related tasks. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in bar management and a passion for German culture and beers.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the LLC with all responsibilities

- Oversee the opening and daily operations of the Beerhaus, ensuring a smooth launch and long-term success.

- Hire, train, and manage all staff, establishing a high standard of service and professionalism.

- Maintain a deep knowledge of German beers and promote an authentic experience.

- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Create marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract customers.

- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and foster a strong customer base.

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in bar or restaurant management, preferably with expertise in managing a beer-focused establishment. However, do not hesitate to apply with any f&b experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of German beers and culture is highly advantageous.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- Business acumen with a strategic ability to grow the enterprise.

- German language skills a plus
