The Mike Ferry Organization is looking for a General Operations Manager to oversee operations at our office in Las Vegas. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A well-established leader and professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management level position within an organization.

• First-class attention to detail and superior prioritization skills with an unmatched work ethic
• Considerable knowledge of business seminars, advertising, event planning, customer service, etc.

• Good decision-making skills and ability to work and make decisions independently.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines to perform job functions, along with experience and judgment to accomplish tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of operations.
• Manage employees on a daily basis and provide guidance as needed.
• Understanding our brand, our goals, and our clients.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure employees do the same within the team.
• Develop staff goals and guide staff in goal achievement.
• Collaborate with Owners often.
• Collaborate regularly with team members across all departments.
• Comply with all company procedures and policies to sustain a reliable and trustworthy relationship with clients and staff.
• Stay up to date on all brand representation.

Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Regular work hours with NO overtime, weekends or federal holidays
• Time off from Christmas Eve through New Years Day, paid as a gift from the company

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
