Boston Retail Solutions is Hiring a General Manager Near Las Vegas, NV

We are currently seeking a General Manager based at our Las Vegas Service Center

Role and Responsibilities:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the service center. This includes coordinating between project managers, installers, and print operations. The General Manager is also responsible for supervising a team that installs, services, and repairs barricades and/or graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employees on a daily basis and provide guidance as needed.
- Understand annual budget, re-projections, and monthly projections, and operate within these budgetary guidelines.
- Generate sales revenue by acquiring new customers and upselling to current customers.
- Perform semi-skilled tasks related to the installation, teardown, and modification of barricades and graphics.
- Survey future job sites and provide field measurements.
- Conduct field inventory bi-annually.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties, including processing work orders, employee timesheets, and new hire paperwork.
- Recruit, train, and motivate new personnel while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and safety.
- Provide orientation, introduce company field procedures, and deliver safety training to all new employees.
- Review and approve all human resources/payroll requests and conduct annual reviews for field employees.
- Manage the care, inventory, and allocation of tools, uniforms, and materials provided to employees.
- Ensure overall care and cleanliness of field fleet vehicles, including maintenance and expense logs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Manage job requirements to ensure proper execution.
- Implement safety and training programs for employees, including OSHA and DOT training.
- Schedule workforce to ensure efficiency and control expenses.
- Purchase and inventory all stock items, building materials, and cleaning supplies within or below the monthly budget.
- Manage the repair, cleaning, and inventory control of all barricade panels and accompanying hardware.
- Protect and secure all company assets on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings.
- Proficiency in operating current software programs.
- Ability to take instruction and use pre-established guidelines to perform job functions, along with experience and judgment to accomplish tasks.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Building Construction Technology, or a similar field OR at least 5 years of working experience in the field of retail or commercial construction.
- A valid driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record as per company standards. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card.
