(IES) delivers industry-leading products and solutions, and currently has nine stocking locations across five states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

* Accurately and quickly process and track quotes and orders

* Routinely interact and develop relationships with customers

* Research and recommend product solutions

* Facilitate inventory control

* Help with day-to-day branch operations

* Continually develop product knowledge, and attend/participate in manufacturer product training

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TALENTS**

* Strong technical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge through education and/or experience a must

* Sales experience and familiarity with products and applications preferred

* Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

* Strong work ethic and capacity to thrive in a team environment

* Proven verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and external partners

* Effective time management and organization skills

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Drug screen and pre-employment aptitude tests are required
