Requirements

• Experience leading a team and successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.
• Proven experience with interpreting, dissecting, and analyzing data to improve organizational performance.
• Understands how to use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing associate behaviors.
• Leads a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all associates.
• Capable of learning and growing as a professional.
• Able to commit to the time requirements to be accessible to all team members.
• Desire to roll-up your sleeves and lead by example.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the service and installation departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including overseeing staff, inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.64 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
