Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Falls Church, VA (7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042, United States)
Client: US Army Medical Command (Army MEDCOM)
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per week)
Ability to support staff in functional areas such as Human Resources, Medical, Reserve Components, Finance, Procurement, and Materiel Management.
Functional Responsibility:
- Performs routine clerical and administrative duties including organization of files, document preparation, appointment scheduling, and other support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative duties in a timely manner while responding to requests in an efficient manner.
- Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.51 - $38.21 per hour
