Must:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in Exterior and Interior
• Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and diplomatic internally and externally
• Have the ability to serve as a presentable and amenable onsite ambassador to clients
• Be a person that is looking to settle down in a position for many years to come

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent
• 7 years' experience in Commercial Construction

Preferably Project experience in:

• Multi-Family

Requirements day to day:

• Be willing to be working on multiple project at a time across the San Diego area
• Coordinate Inspections
• Keep sub-contractors’ complaint with health and safety regulation
• Hold weekly Subcontractor meetings

Preference will be given to candidates based in:

• San Diego area

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary requirements between $100K to $160K with room to grow
