Must:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in Industrial
• Exceedingly well organized, flexible, and diplomatic internally and externally
• Have the ability to serve as a presentable and amenable onsite ambassador to clients
• Be a person that is looking to settle down in a position for many years to come

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent
• 3 years' experience in Industrial Construction

Requirements day to day:

• Be willing to be working on multiple project at a time in the area
• Coordinate Inspections
• Keep sub-contractors’ complaint with health and safety regulation
• Hold weekly Subcontractor meetings
