We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives - Conduct data analysis to assess project feasibility, risks, and opportunities
- Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor project progress and performance
- Manage IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations
- Lead project implementation by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues or challenges and implement corrective actions - Facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution
- Oversee process management activities to optimize project workflows and efficiency
Preferred Background:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI and ML
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools for informed decision-making
- Familiarity with earned value management principles for effective project monitoring
- Experience in IT project management, including software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to lead project implementation by coordinating resources and managing timelines
- Skilled in root cause analysis techniques for problem-solving and process improvement
- Knowledge of Kaizen principles for driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of change management strategies for successful project execution
