About Us:

AirMark Corporation is seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to be part of our team. This position provides top-notch customer service and support through phone and email communication, order processing, quality control, and other special projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, offering support and information about our products and services.
  • Process phone, email, and web orders accurately and timely.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and returns.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate colleagues.
  • Take proactive steps to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to inventory, invoicing, and purchasing.
  • Provide comprehensive product details, including specifications, pricing, availability, and alternative options.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills, MS Office suite, and open to learning new software platforms.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, utilizing a computer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds when necessary.
