Robert Half is looking for a Contract to Hire Help Desk II to support a large technology/electrical company based out of the Pacific Northwest! This is an exciting opportunity to support new and ongoing IT Projects, growing your technical skillsets and making meaningful change for an ever-growing industry.In this role you will:Troubleshoot in-depth IT asset accounting and tracking issues and provide solutions to remediate. Provide daily, all-level support and maintenance environment by analyzing and resolving reported technical problems via help-desk tickets, telephone, in-person, and/or online support to end-users.Connects users to networks and manages user rights for new and existing employees. Can implement network changes to internal ports and update documentation. Work with engineers and IT personnel to improve processes and train as well as be a resource for ticket escalation intermediate to the Sr. System Engineer and IT Director. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations. Other duties may be required.
