Air Partner Plc is Hiring a Finance Assistant Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Do you have experience working in a fast paced, varied and busy finance role within a small team? Are you looking to join a company that is going from strength to strength and who supports their employees? If so, apply now!

You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and under pressure, to meet tight deadlines. You will also:

  • Be experienced working in a high volume and time critical accounting environment (3 - 5 years’ experience preferred) with a highly analytical and hands on approach
  • Experience of posting high volumes of invoices daily
  • Experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience of dealing with a high level of emails daily on top of your workload
  • An ability to cope with frequent interruptions for urgent payments
  • Experience with month end close processes - an ability to do month end journal entries as well run reports for the month end close
  • Experience processing wires and ACH payments
  • Experience tracking corporate card expense reports
  • Have a “can do” attitude
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office and have strong Excel skills
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate and work well with team members of all seniority levels
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Experience working with an international customer base (both internally and externally) would be an advantage, as would experience using Microsoft Navision / Dynamics, although an ability to adapt to new systems if this is not the case, is important.
