Director of Finance

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required\CPA and/or Masters in Tax is a plus

Proven experience as a Director of Accounting or similar role
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, general ledger accounting, financial accounting, and technical accounting principles
Strong understanding of compliance management and regulatory requirements

Strong software knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint and JD Edwards/Enterprise One a plus Proficient in financial planning and analysis techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

· Financial Advisor in personal and corporate tax

· Conduct cost accounting analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
Provide technical accounting guidance to ensure adherence to GAAP standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes.

· Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and banking relationships.

· Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
