We are currently looking for a Project Finance Analyst to join our team.
Role Summary: The Project Finance Analyst will be instrumental in driving Blue Sky Utility’s mission through rigorous financial analysis and evaluation of various renewable energy opportunities. This role demands a blend of expertise in project finance, financial modeling, and a keen understanding of renewable technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Build, maintain, and take ownership of complex financial models for renewable energy projects, incorporating various financing and revenue structures such as tax equity partnerships, lease financing, and PPAs.
- Possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial incentives.
- Investment and Transaction Support:
- Facilitate the project valuation, due diligence, and execution of transactions.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Support the development of tools and processes that enhance the organization's accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in project finance operations.
