We are seeking a Budget Analyst to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is integral to our real estate development operations, with a focus on tracking and managing multiple projects. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, including variance analysis and projections, and working closely with the development and construction team to manage budgets, contracts, and change orders. This role is a permanent position.Responsibilities:• Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated.• Prepare financial reports for each project, including variance analysis and projections.• Collaborate with the development and construction team to manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.• Collect and prepare project-related bank draw packages for review and release.• Communicate with the loan provider about the setup of new projects in the construction software program.• Create and manage budget, commitment, and invoice approval processes in the construction software program.• Develop and implement automated reports, workflows, and other features in the construction software program.• Monitor and improve existing processes in the construction software program.• Analyze variances and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on budget.• Manage construction project accounting and budget forecasting activities.
