Busy High Volume Pain Management Practice Seeks Immediate Hire for Surgical Technician / Medical Assistant.
The candidate should possess the ability to multi-task and adapt well to changing priorities.
Duties are as follows but not limited:
- Work with the physicians/nurse practitioner in the OR setting up for procedures, prepping patients and breaking down after the procedure, transferring patients from OR table to the stretcher
- Operate the Fluoroscopy Machine (C-arm)
- Basic patient intake including vitals, demographics, medications, etc.
- Preparing charts for the next day's procedures
- Data entry
- Medication and procedure logs
-Cover the Front desk as needed
- Calling patients to follow up from their procedures
