Job Summary The position provides reporting, data analysis, dashboards, user support for Workday HCM. The position uses Workday Prism Analytics and other advanced analytic tools. Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders across the organization. Design and implement data visualizations to communicate key HR metrics and trends. Coordinates and implements application configuration changes. Provides production support for routine processes and operations. Provides technical assistance to the HR community and acts as a liaison with other organizations. Provides support for projects involving HR systems and integrations Coordinates and performs testing and training on existing systems, enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. Gathers requirements, completes functional and detailed designs. Performs gap analyses. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; Or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or HS diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience: Experience working with Workday reporting tools, including Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics. In addition to any experience required to satisfy educational requirements, 2 years of relevant work experience is required. Workday experience is required. Compensation Range: HRIS Reporting Analyst: $83, 413 - $104, 268 HRIS Reporting Analyst Senior: $94,225 - $122,491 #LI - REMOTE Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-006 Compensation Range: $70,961.00-88,700.50 USD Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate’s ability to work from an approved work location. Although the location is flexible, AEP does not have a presence in all states and localities. The following locations are NOT currently approved for this position: AK, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IA, ID, KS, MA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WY, US Territories or international work locations. AEP will consider qualified candidates who are willing to relocate to an approved work location, at the candidate’s expense, provided the relocation can be completed within a timeframe that meets AEP’s staffing needs.
