Position Overview

The purpose of the Quality Manager is to support the regional operational departments by ensuring compliance with company and client quality and procedural requirements, supporting new technology procedure development, and ensuring an effective quality program for the Central Region.

The main duties include:

• Manage, lead, and monitor the Quality Department for the Central Region for all departments, this includes being final authority on quality concerns, interpretations, and questions.
• Develop, update, and make recommendations on all field procedures to ensure compliance with code, client, and company requirements for the Central Region.
• Develop client or technical application specific procedures for custom solutions for field inspections for the US group.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement in the Central Quality Department – ensuring alignment with the overall Aegeus Quality Group, initiatives, and requirements.
• Assist in the development, maintenance and communication of the Quality and Procedures manual for the Aegeus group and ensure adaptation for the Central Region.
• Effectively prepare and present information and respond to Quality related questions, data requests or concerns from employees, managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop, implement, and measure Quality campaigns aimed at quality improvement and education for all the field crews aligned with the Aegeus Group.

Education and Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a quality supervision role
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience working in the NDT field / oil and gas service industry with three years using advanced NDT methods and technologies. 
• Must have the ability to maintain company and industry certification standards.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required

• At a minimum, must be certified by Aegeus as Level II in Ultrasonic Testing; preferred Level III.
• Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
