Advocate Aurora Health is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near Chicago, IL

Call Center Representative:

Project Overview: Contractor will assist with servicing clients by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.

Contractor’s Role: Communicates with retirees regarding products and services.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication (verbal and written).

Experience in client servicing environment, taking back to back phone calls is a huge plus.

Good writing and typing skills.

Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.

Internet savvy would be helpful to help retirees setup and navigate online application.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel

Patient and understanding attitude.Very polite/courteous.

Stable Internet Connection and the ability to hard wire into a router/modem to work remotely is required.

Nice to Have:

Highly preferred: Spanish speaking candidates would be helpful.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Training will be included when candidates are brought onboard. Training includes: Class Room training, Online courses, Job shadowing, Q & A time, Listen to live calls, Call Certification

Answer calls from the retirees of our clients.

Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.

Perform administrative/data entry tasks.

Researches and resolves inquiries and communicates resolution to appropriate parties.
