ADVANTIS is Hiring an Office Manager Near Boulder, CO

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Our company focuses on real estate projects, transactions, and renals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting practices and financial concepts, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

  • On-going business bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Produce monthly P&Ls and Balance Sheets for multiple properties and businesses.
  • Ensure rental income collection and billing to tenants
  • Build budgets and track expenses versus budget
  • Manage contractor / vendor records, including collecting W9s, insurance, license copies, and ensure proper contracts are in place.
  • Accounts payable, invoice collection, payments, and record management
  • Financial reporting for sales tax, short-term rental taxes, etc.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Prepare new leases and listings for rentals
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • General administrative tasks and errands
