PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers phones and directs calls to staff and agents
- Greets clients and maintains office for client meetings
- Provide a high level of friendly customer service
- Sorts and distributes mail and packages in the office
- Performs data entry activities as assigned.
- Performs basic clerical tasks and provides routine office assistance
- Assemble group health packets and folders
- Assist president and staff with administrative duties as needed
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in regards to client information as set forth in HIPPA compliance
- Completes word processing tasks relating to standards, procedures, forms, letters, and miscellaneous documents
