Adultcare Assistance Homecare provides dedicated care in the homes of seniors. We are a non-medical in-home care agency that offers our team members training, support, and other benefits! With multiple locations throughout the state, Adultcare Assistance is growing and needing another exceptional personality in the office to better support our clients.

About the position:

The purpose of this position is to oversee the care of our clients as well as build and maintain strong relationships with our various partners throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory field visits, ensuring quality control and appropriateness of care
  • Provide client assessments, re-assessments, and referrals to company vetted partners as needed
  • Participate in the on-call rotation after normal business hours and weekends
  • Maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other health care professionals who utilize home care services
  • Attend an occasional networking event as a representative of the company, as needed
  • Willingness to provide hands on care for our clients when needed
  • Perform general office/administrative staff member duties as needed

About You:

  • Associate’s Degree, or higher required
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or higher preferred
  • Experience with care or case management
  • Technologically savvy, and computer literate
  • Elder services experience is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • elder services: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
