Client Relations Associate - Full Time- Hybrid
We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join their team in Flatiron/Manhattan, NY (10003) .
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays & Fridays)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Commission Performance-Based Annual Bonus
About the Job:
As a Client Relations Associate, you will assist with all facets of client relations, from understanding and addressing client needs to upselling clients on new opportunities. The Client Relations Associate’s work is critical as it continues to help us build on our strong relationships with our client base. We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, engaged team player, and curious learner to join and grow in our company.
Job Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to the management of the client account.
- Manage a portfolio of top client accounts, delivering solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Build, strengthen, and grow relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, organizing data and materials.
- Run reports and create quarterly and/or year-end presentations for top clients.
- Work with sales and operations to develop strategic plans for reaching key client engagement metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage and log client communications and data.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to understand technical subject matter and convey its essence through written and verbal communications.
- Proficiency utilizing Excel.
Good To Have Experience:
- Experience in consultative or financial services preferred.
- Proficient with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
