This is an opportunity for an Investor Relations employee to work within a residential rental and condo building management company providing real-time communication to international investors, primarily based out of China. Some of the specific duties of the Investor Relations associate include communicating work orders, lease renewals, and sending monthly statements to investors. The role will be based out of the company's headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. Some travel to China will be required (3-4 times per year). The ideal candidate speaks at a native level of Mandarin and has a commanding grasp of English, both written and verbal. 

The Major Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Sending monthly statements to investors over WeChat
• Contacts delinquent residents or sends late notices and eviction notices; follows proper procedure if rent is not received within a specified period.
• Conducts move-in, move-out, owner-requested inspections, and the like.
• Performs some office administration including but not limited to file management, auditing, city violation monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Addressing and resolving internal and external issues of associates, residents, and vendors.
• Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing, vendor relations, and certificates of insurance.
• Ensure seamless relationships with all third-party operators.
• Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the finance team for payment, and handle petty cash and all funds.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of property management business procedures
• Ability to maintain an organized documentation and schedule system
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, owners, and vendors
• Must have solid customer service acumen
• Strong knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office application software
• Experience in real estate software (i.e. Yardi, AppFolio, PropertyWare)
