• Provide excellent customer service to our wonderful customer base
• Manage general phone calls and converse with residential and commercial customers
• Take accurate messages and deliver them accordingly
• Perform service call intake and enter new customer, job, or estimate information into construction software
• Work closely with Dispatcher and Administrator to provide the best possible service
• Work well within a team atmosphere

• Experience in a customer service role, especially if within a service company environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented
