**Transportation Demand Manager**

Lead superb internal customer relations regarding commute transportation questions and feedback; oversee customer service and issue resolution, root case analysis, and corrective actions plans Work with internal/external teams to conduct creative employee engagement events and campaigns to highlight commute programs, and motivate participation Recommend and support development of internal transportation policies, procedures, and programs Interface with external stakeholders, e.g., agencies, local governments, transportation management associations, etc., on regulatory compliance and policy development Masters degree with experience in Communications, Marketing, Transportation Operations, or Project Management 5-8 years in transportation program management or other corporate employee services program Knowledge of the regional transportation network, agencies and policies and prior experience in transportation planning Project management experience Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Advanced computer skills, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, basic Web page management, internal software tools, Adobe Creative Suite Strong strategic thinker with leadership skills **Job Info**
