Location: Austin, Texas
You will:
Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, and content sponsorships to deliver quality leads.
Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Zapier, Salesforce) to create marketing nurtures, sales sequences, automated workflows, and email lists.
Create content to fuel marketing campaigns, such as landing pages, emails, ads, whitepapers, and webinars. Candidates should have working knowledge of setting up ads, tracking pixels, targeting parameters, and conversion rate experiments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, business development, and partnerships on demand generation programs.
Perform keyword research, monitor website performance, and optimize content to improve search rankings and grow website traffic. Must know how to use ahrefs or similar tools.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and making optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Google search algorithm changes, and the latest demand generation and B2B marketing tactics.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably at a high growth startup
Experience managing SEO and SEM. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads is a must.
Experience using tools like Zoominfo, Cognism, or Apollo to collaborate with the BDR team on list building for campaigns, meeting outreach, and event invites
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Should be able to run reports, set up automation, and manage handoff of leads to sales.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience planning trade show activities, including interfacing with event organizers, handling exhibitor tasks, and managing event logistics.
Compensation: Base pay range of $100,000 - $140,000 Series B equity with tremendous upside potential Attractive benefits
