Purpose: The purpose of the Patient Services/Medical Office/Practice Manager is to a) establish rapport with all patients in the clinic, b) assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, administration and financial matters, c) to reinforce the Physical Therapist in patient compliance with their PT program, d) to manage the office space and all staff, e) market and network with referral sources and f) assist with back end office billing.
