Client is seeking an Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager within its P&C insurance practice. Compensation is open but gravitating to the $125,000 - $175,000 range. A fuller job description is below: Job Description:Design the audit approachSupervise audit engagements and keep partner informed of engagement statusDraft the audit summary memorandum, the management letter, and the presentation or key discussion points for the closing meeting with the management.Build strong working relationships with clientsManage staff performance, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide performance feedbackRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMinimum of 5 years of experience as an auditor in a reputable public accounting firmGood knowledge of the P&C Insurance IndustryCPA a must; IFRS expertise is a plus.Strong experience in large corporate assignmentsWillingness and ability to travel to client locationMotivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client serviceDistinguished management and leadership skills, motivated by challenges and team workStrong analytical and report writing skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
