- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and course content
- Conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and develop evaluation criteria
- Provide technical subject matter expertise and knowledge related to ITSM, enterprise Service Desk, Cybersecurity
- Travel to conduct training as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required in technical field.
- Public Trust Clearance will be required to start, sponsorship available
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
