A Bit About The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in our Customer Service operations, focusing on processing orders and providing customers with timely information regarding product availability. You'll work closely with our Sales and Technical Support teams, as well as the local and global CS teams, to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
What You'll Do at acre:
  • Customer Support: Be the friendly voice of our company, assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, and more, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Effective Communication: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and leaves a lasting impression
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our Sales and Technical Support teams to provide customers with a seamless experience and resolve issues efficiently
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders using our NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Product Availability: Provide customers with up-to-date and accurate information regarding product availablity
  • Order Logging: Maintain detailed records of customer orders, including all relevant information for future reference
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with customers and warehouse partners to coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their day-to-day business needs, offering support and solutions to inquiries or issues
  • Pricing Management: Identify and rectify pricing discrepancies for customers, ensuring fair and accurate pricing
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or coursework in customer service is a plus
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service, security industry a plus and preferred
  • Business Knowledge: Basic understanding of business principles and professional behavior
  • ERP and CRM Systems: 2-5 years' experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred. Ability to quickly learn and effectively use these tools in line with defined processes
  • Language Skills: Command of Business English to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues abroad
  • Work Approach: Motivated and self-driven work approach with good planning skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team, support others, and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization
