A very team-oriented mid-sized company in Oklahoma City is seeking an Accountant to join their team.

Salary: $50k-$65k/year depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Location: South OKC

Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Collect on any unpaid invoices
-Help with insurance GL and WC audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for accounting tasks
- Enter timesheets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in public accounting or a related field
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Open invoice experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn DOL census reporting
