Our CPA firm is hiring a full-time bookkeeper or accountant. We offer great benefits, competitive pay, and a fun work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a bookkeeper in a CPA firm. Please do not apply if you don’t have experience working at a CPA firm.

Responsibilities include:

· Monthly bookkeeping for a wide range of clients

· Post general ledger transactions

· Reconcile bank and credit card statements

· Preparation of monthly financial statements

· Payroll deposits and preparation of payroll reports

· Preparation of 1099’s

· Experience with QuickBooks and Accounting CS

The position pays $25 to $33 per hour. We would consider a higher hourly rate for a candidate with a lot of public accounting experience.
