One of our Tulsa based clients is adding a Billing Specialist to their accounting team at their gorgeous downtown Tulsa office! This person will be responsible for a large quantity of invoicing and electronic billing using a variety of systems, so prior accounting experience in a law firm is strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of client invoices & billing, including responding to inquiries, adjustments, write-offs, and reporting
• Maintain billing profile in multiple systems for various clients
• Monitor A/R and unbilled time & costs
• Maintain high level of confidentiality while completing work quickly & accurately
• E - billing proficiency is a must

The ideal candidate has experience in legal billing or other high-volume and complex billing, and works well in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to clients as well as attorneys, colleagues, vendors, etc.

This permanent position with full benefits starts at $55K-$65K. Must be able to provide manager reference, and pass background check.
