Human Resources Director

This position is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day Human Resources duties to include, file maintenance, assist with new employee orientation, responsible for maintenance of confidential employee files, personnel actions, maintain computer employee data information, time-card maintenance and payroll submission, answer telephones, verify employment status and assist with special projects.

Essential Functions

• Collect and enter new hire and maintenance employment information for Accolade Healthcare facility employees into our HRIS payroll system
• Collect and enter all timekeeping information in a timely manner
• Submission of accurate timecards for payroll processing
• Produce and maintain daily and weekly timekeeping reports for management
• Deliver orientation program to all newly hired employees
• Assist with quarterly and yearly assessment completion
• Manage Relias program by maintaining accurate records of skills training and assessments completed for all employees
• Initiate background checks
• Maintain employment verifications
• Maintain employee electronic files regularly.
• Prepare and Maintain OSHA requirements
• Monitor Workman’s Compensation protocol
• Verify and maintain I-9 and EEO documentation.
• Manage the hiring process utilizing OnShift; to include posting/closing job requisitions, scheduling interviews, ensuring proper completion of on-boarding process
• Assist with screening candidates for open positions
• Complete Department Manager duties as assigned
• Order and maintain Employee Uniform program
• Maintain A.C.E.S. meeting notes; schedule and plan meetings
• Promote Employee Engagement opportunities
• Produce and deliver monthly Employee Newsletter
• Prepare and Distribute employee reports as required
• Other duties as assigned
