Acclaim Physician Group, a partner with JPS Health Network is Hiring a Compensation Consultant Near Fort Worth, TX

The Compensation Consultant provides analysis to ensure the effectiveness of the District’s compensation program and to assist in the development of competitive pay models, the development and implementation of salary grades and the preparation of required proposals and analysis.

Job Duties

  • Assists departments in all compensation decisions and ensures optimal utilization of all salary information; makes recommendations that incorporate analyzing labor market data, internal equity considerations and anecdotal information that support business objectives for pay rate decisions.
  • Analyzes the market competitiveness of the JPS compensation program and perform research, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Develops, implements, and supports appropriate solutions (programs, processes, and tools) in support of providing an effective client experience in relation to compensation; provides continual assessment of both existing and potential practices to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Manages and leads assigned compensation-related projects.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Management to ensure appropriate solutions in support of organizational requirements by providing professional, analytical support for compensation programs.
  • Prepares job descriptions while providing process guidance and utilizing benchmark job data consistent with market documentation.
  • Responds to inquiries from Management, providing assistance or information for defining and market pricing new positions and/or reevaluation of existing positions; participates in manager discussions regarding.
  • Participates in all third-party surveys by preparing data input for participation in local, regional, and national salary surveys.
  • Performs all other job related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field from an accredited University.
  • 3 plus years of experience.
  • 2 plus years of experience with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
