Accident & Injury Solutions is Hiring a Front Desk Reception Near Phoenix, AZ
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY)
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Collect registration forms, required intake documents and scan them into our EHR system
- Answer phones and relay messages
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with sending out referrals to the appropriate office
- Ensure that all required referrals are obtained, scanned into the EHR, and linked to that day’s appointment within Practice Management
- Enter patient demographics in the system
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
