Access Property Management is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Flemington, NJ

Description

Provide support to the accounting department and Chief Financial officer in day-to-day functions and activities.

Position Responsibilities:

· Assist property managers with the preparation of budgets, reconciliations, and escalations.

· Coordinate activities associated with new clients (e.g., welcome packages, gifts, etc.)

· Maintain tenant improvement files and contracts.

· Assist with tenant or construction calls.

· Copy invoices and file in corresponding folders.

· Answer the telephone using standard company procedures.

· Draft, proofread and send correspondence and notices.

· Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. 

· Act as a badged escort for visitors, vendors, etc.

· Assist with work order follow-up, in-person, as needed.

· Assist with cleaning and quality control inspections. 

· Maintain/manage all related office manuals, files, computer files, and maintenance contracts

Requirements

Essential Skills & Education/Experience Requirements 

· Excellent organizational/multitasking skills 

· Detail oriented and organized individual

· Knowledge of Property Management Accounting Systems 

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks

· Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
