**You Are:**

The **Accounts Receivable Manager** will manage the team and is responsible for ensuring all tasks/deliverables are executed on time and in accordance with policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities Will Include:**

Strong people lead with ability to develop team members through coaching and providing growth opportunities.

Manage daily and monthly reporting including DSO Forecasts, unbilled analysis, billing forecasts, forecasts vs actuals, and other billing metrics.

Point of escalation for issues recognized within the AR team and project team. Lead resolution efforts on billing issues, attend daily or weekly project meetings as required.

Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional teams to drive billings and collections.

Work with leadership to drive billing efficiencies and accelerate cash collection.

Prepare and report key metrics and provide regular status updates to supervisor and leadership.

**Here's What You Need:**

U.S. Citizenship required.

5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Corporate Finance

Proven ability to manage team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills and an ability to communicate across employees at all levels (written and verbal)

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to work independently.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.

Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Proficient with common PC software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint Sites

**Bonus Points if you have:**

Federal Government Contracting Industry Experience

Knowledge and experience with CostPoint

Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

Strong Excel skills

Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
