Duties
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include:
·Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget adherence for both residential and commercial ventures.
·Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, aligning them with our in-house team’s schedules and goals.
·Manage client contracts proficiently, overseeing all aspects of billing and payments.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and industry standards.
·Conduct regular on-site management to guarantee smooth project execution.
·Procure materials efficiently, ensuring project continuity.
Diligently monitor job costing to maintain budget integrity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and blueprint reading
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination
- Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive project success
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
