Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to go over contracts and project details
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in construction management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise teams
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
