Nigro Construction is a full-service Design-Build Construction Company looking for a qualified Project Manager capable to oversee commercial construction projects up to $50 million.

Duties include onsite supervision, scheduling and logistics, quality control, change orders, collaboration with subcontractors, communication with owners. Strong management skills, results-driven with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and keen attention to detail. Self-starter with collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee performance of project team members throughout construction.
• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of projects following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
• Coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects through Project team.
• Responsible for adherence to the construction contract and for providing all documentation and notices as required.
• Track and control construction schedule and associated cost to achieve completion of projects within time and budget.
• Report to owner and architect about progress and any necessary modifications. Plan, implement, track and closeout/turnover of construction projects.
• Manage day to day client interactions and expectations.
• Prepare and maintain cost report including all subcontracts, change orders, and general conditions. Accurately forecast any anticipated costs affecting profitability.
• Oversee Submittal Review process between Subcontractors/Suppliers and design team.
• Manage all construction issues and confirm all RFI’s are addressed in a time;y manner.
• Provide weekly reporting of construction progress to company management.
• Report all issues that will affect project completion date and/or profitability.
• Responsible for overall project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must have 15 years of related experience in the commercial construction industry.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.

· Detailed and hands on approach.

· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people.

· Proficient using Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project or P6.

· Completion of OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
