Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program
- Collaborate with Construction Management on construction projects, covering scopes such as pipe and support installs, ducting, mechanical insulation, plumbing, welding, sprinkler pipe and some HVAC
- Engage in daily activities, including loading/unloading materials, operating tools, and distributing items to appropriate locations
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment, with training and certifications provided
- Demonstrate familiarity with materials and gaining knowledge of company standards, along with industry best practice
- Survey and layout of projects, perform tasks beyond core competency, and adapt to evolving company needs
- Expressing project expectations from Management to the Field
- Maintaining a high team standard of work with a safety-first mindset
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction; OSHA 30
- Capability to complete tasks beyond core competencies as required, with a focus on quality of work; The ability to work with other trades to maintain schedules and minimize impacts to production
- Proficient in job site safety, evaluating hazards, and conducting pre-work task planning; Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all management levels
- Experience interpreting Isometric drawings and P&IDS; Experience with Navisworks, Blue Bleam or Excel preferred
- Physical agility for activities such as climbing, and handling materials; willingness to work off-shifts as needed
- Must have command of the English language; both written and verbal
