We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Medical Records Department. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift position.

Some of the duties of this position are:

Scheduling outside doctor appointments and arranging transportation for them

Maintaining medical records

Covering for the Medical Records Director when she’s out

The right candidate will have the following skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Detail oriented

Good telephone skills

Good attendance

Ability to organize, file, scan and type effectively.
