We’re looking for someone who is professional, upbeat and dependable to be our Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and forwarding incoming calls, welcoming visitors to the facility and assisting with clerical functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greets all visitors, staff, vendors and guests, providing resident room numbers and directions to rooms or departments.
• Answers all incoming phone calls and forward calls to the proper person or department.
• Distributes paychecks.
• Performs typing, photo copying, scanning and FAX transmissions for various departments.
• Assist Human Resource Department with reference checks.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school education.
• Ability to communicate with staff, visitors, general public, and community agencies.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Good telephone skills.
• Ability to ensure confidentiality and privacy for residents, staff and employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time doing data entry and paperwork.
• Must be able to work extended hours, as needed for the facility.
